{"id":1015,"date":"2024-03-14T17:26:32","date_gmt":"2024-03-14T21:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shakespearesshoes.com\/?p=1015"},"modified":"2024-03-21T04:28:13","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T08:28:13","slug":"free-will","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shakespearesshoes.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/14\/free-will\/","title":{"rendered":"The Lesser of Two Evils &#8211; Free Will Versus No Free Will"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p id=\"7c4c\"><strong>Why are we here, alive, apparently, but all dying?&nbsp;No one sent us unless we mean that we are the effect of a cause, an effect of countless causes and perhaps a certain degree of chance.&nbsp;They sent us in a way to where we find ourselves, and it is our life experience, all the effects to our lives, that guide us to what we want to do in life,&nbsp;although most of us never get that chance because of other causes and effects.&nbsp;By the way, this is one of the minor proofs of no free will.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"7e25\"><strong>We can always take a right when we want to take a left, but we will eventually take the direction that we wanted, unless both ways get us to a similar place.&nbsp;Free will would have been a disaster had it been real given the history of human cruelty and heartlessness.&nbsp;Remember what we have done without free will. Now, imagine what would have happened if we had free will. This is a second minor proof.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"36c6\"><strong>We can even reverse it. Remember what we have committed with free will.&nbsp;Now, imagine what would have happened if we did not have free will.&nbsp;It is not easy to even just pick one that we like, since the scientific data is stacked against free will.&nbsp;Now, does it even matter whether we have free will or we do not? We live in this reality and we have no choice in the matter.&nbsp;We were sent here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"3d3c\"><strong>But I will add that I may be wrong.&nbsp;Almost nothing is 100%, and this free will so-called issue can still be studied.&nbsp;Someone can always find a way to show that there is free will, or that there is no free will.
